Ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas by ordering before 10am EST on Monday 20th December with express shipping. Please note that we cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery for orders placed with standard shipping. We might be a British brand, but we’re big advocates of sharing the sartorial love. So we ship to over 150 countries worldwide.

Please note: these times don’t include weekends and UK/US public holidays. If you wish us to deliver to military addresses or PO Boxes, Standard Shipping is the only option you can use.
What happens if I'm out when my parcel arrives?
There’s nothing to worry about. If you’re not home, the lovely delivery folk will leave a note telling you where to find it.
Do your shipments tend to arrive on time?
We do EVERYTHING at our end to meet your expectations, but occasionally parcels are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
Can I request a gift message?
All our orders (excluding those placed during sale periods) are gift-wrapped in tissue paper regardless of whether they’re a gift (because you deserve special treatment too, no?). If you want a special message popped into the package as well, our lovely customer services team will do everything they can to help.
What happens if my order comes in two shipments?
Sometimes we’ll send out items in separate deliveries, but you’ll never pay more than one shipping charge.
How do I return or exchange something?

Do I have to pay duties & taxes?
Please be aware that you may be charged import duties by the Canadian government to release your order.
Unfortunately we cannot cover these costs ourselves and they must be covered by the recipient. Import duties for clothing are charged at 18% of the order value.
