Our imprint on the world matters. We are always aiming to increase our offer of eco-friendly fabrics. Most of the fabrics we use are derived from natural fibres that biodegrade much faster without releasing harmful chemicals into the environment.
For every 10,000 tons of Econyl made, 70,000 barrels of crude oil and 57,100 tons of CO2 emissions are saved. Nylon or polyamide has the ability to be recycled infinitely without ever losing its quality which means it is just as good as using virgin nylon and, once finished with, it can go back into the recycling system for full circularity.
It consists of 10% post-consumer recycled cashmere wool. 30% post-consumer recycled extra-fine wool. 30% pre-consumer recycled polyamide. 30% Tencel™, an eco-friendly fabric made from wood pulp from sustainable forests. It's 100% biodegradable and compostable, plus the closed-loop process used in the manufacturing of Tencel™ means that the water used is recycled and no harmful by-products are let into the environment. GRS and RWS certified.
All our leather is a by-product.
It's 100% biodegradable, plus the closed-loop process used in the manufacturing of lyocell means that the water used is recycled and no harmful by-products are let into the environment.
We only source ours from farms practicing safe sheep husbandry methods and only use non-mulesed wool. With its natural elasticity, garments made with merino wool retain their natural shape wash after wash.
